HACO St. Pauli is the foundation of our story. Since 2017, in the Restaurant we have embodied a contemporary approach to North-German cuisine. We work closely with local farmers, vendors, suppliers, and foragers; this allows us to work intently with seasonal products - it becomes a harmonious relationship giving us the opportunity to work with forgotten heritage products, and old school techniques. We preserve the integrity of the North and we would like to invite you to be a part of that experience.

Unique Nordic-Cuisine in the heart of St. Pauli


Our kitchen and restaurant share the same dynamic but also intimate openness. The centerpiece is the custom made stove block and open wood fire grill. These significantly influence our way of cooking. The changing menus are based on seasons and regional availability.


We only offer a 10-course menu, which is also available as a vegetarian option (if booked in advance)


Our restaurant opens already at 18:00 and invites you to a relaxed arrival.


The menu starts at 19:00 for ALL GUESTS.


Our wine list is a mix of underdogs, young winemakers to Great Growths of European wineries.
